摘　　要：目的:探讨结直肠癌造口病人智谋的潜在剖面分类,并分析其影响因素,为提高结直肠癌病人生活质量提供理论依据。方法:选取天津市某三级甲等医院368例结直肠癌造口病人为研究对象,采用一般资料调查表、智谋量表、知觉压力量表进行调查。采用潜在剖面分析将病人智谋进行分类,应用有序多分类Logistic回归分析探讨不同剖面病人的特征差异。结果:结直肠癌造口病人智谋得分为(74.05±13.22)分。结直肠癌造口病人智谋可分为低智谋组(28.8%)、中智谋-社会疏离组(46.2%)和高智谋组(25.0%)。长期居住地、造口护理自理情况、知觉压力是结直肠癌造口病人智谋分类的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论:结直肠癌造口病人智谋存在低智谋、中智谋-社会疏离和高智谋3个潜在剖面,临床医护人员可根据不同病人人群特点,制订针对性干预措施,以改善结直肠癌造口病人的智谋现状,促进身心健康。Objective:To explore the latent profile analysis classification of resourcefulness in colostomy patients with colorectal cancer,and to analyze its influencing factors,so as to provide theoretical basis for improving the quality of life of patients with colorectal cancer.Methods:A total of 368 colostomy patients with colorectal cancer in a tertiary grade A hospital in Tianjin city were selected as the study objects.A study was conducted by using the General Information Questionnaire,the Resourcefulness Scale,and the Perceived Stress Scale.Latent profile analysis was used to classify the patients´resourcefulness,and ordered multiple Logistic regression analysis was used to investigate the characteristic differences of patients with different profiles.Results:The resourcefulness score of colostomy patients with colorectal cancer was 74.05±13.22.The patients could be divided into low resourcefulness group(28.8%),medium resourcefulness-social alienation group(46.2%)and high resourcefulness group(25.0%).Long-term residence,self-care status of stoma care and perceived stress were the influencing factors of classification of resourcefulness in colostomy patients with colorectal cancer(P<0.05).Conclusions:There are three latent profile analysis classification of low resourcefulness,medium resourcefulness-social alienation and high resourcefulness in colostomy patients with colorectal cancer.According to the characteristics of different patient populations,clinical staff can formulate targeted intervention measures to improve the resourcefulness of patients with colorectal cancer and promote physical and mental health.
