摘 要:为充分利用UHPC的超高抗压、抗拉强度,促进斜拉桥主梁结构轻量化,提出一种适用于大跨斜拉桥、UHPC层参与主梁体系恒载受力的节段预制正交异性钢-UHPC组合桥面结构,该结构通过低型面槽口型开孔板(PBL)剪力键群实现钢-UHPC界面剪力连接。以丹江口水库特大桥为背景,通过有限元法对提出的组合桥面结构在全桥和主梁节段中的静力性能及其影响因素进行分析,并评估所提出的钢-UHPC界面剪力连接构造的抗剪安全性。结果表明:节段预制正交异性钢-UHPC组合桥面结构由UHPC层受拉、正交异性钢桥面板受压控制设计,UHPC层作为主体结构的一部分,可有效降低正交异性钢桥面板在第一体系中的应力水平;就降低UHPC层受拉、正交异性钢桥面板受压应力水平而言,适当加厚UHPC层和U肋、设置次横隔板,比加厚钢面板和横隔板更为有效;运营阶段作用效应标准组合下,UHPC层和正交异性钢桥面板最大应力可达到相应应力限值的68%~98%和38%~86%,其既满足相关设计要求,又能取得较好的材料性能利用率;低型面槽口型PBL剪力键群的横、纵向抗剪安全系数分别达到了12.3和4.0,所提出的钢-UHPC界面剪力连接构造的抗剪性能满足设计要求。Ultra-high Performance Concrete exhibits much higher compressive strength than the normal concrete,the application of which brings benefits associated with self-weight reduction of bridge structures.This paper presents a segmental composite deck structure that consists of the orthotropic steel deck plates and UHPC layer,applicable to long-span cable-stayed bridge,where the UHPC layer not only participates in but also contributes to the dead-load-carrying performance of the main girder.The orthotropic deck plates are connected with the UHPC layer by the group PBL connectors with low,notched perfobond ribs.The Danjiangkou Reservoir Bridge was used as a case.The static performance and influential factors of the proposed composite deck structure in the full bridge as well as in a main girder segment were analyzed in a finite element model.The anti-shear safety of the shear connection was evaluated.As per the analysis,the design of the segmental composite deck structure consisting of orthotropic steel plates and UHPL layer is governed by the tension of the UHPC layer and the compression of the orthotropic steel deck plate.As a constituent of the main structure,UHPC layer can effectively reduce the stress level of the orthotropic steel deck in the first system.To properly thicken the UHPC layer and U ribs and add secondary diaphragms is more effective in reducing the tensile stress in the UHPC layer and the compressive stress in the orthotropic steel deck plate,than thickening steel deck plates and diaphragms.Under the action of typical load combinations at the service stage,the maximum stresses in the UHPC layer and orthotropic steel deck plate can reach 68%-98%and 38%-86%of the corresponding stress limits,respectively,indicating good compliance with the design requirements and efficient material utilization.The transverse and longitudinal anti-shear safety coefficients of the group PBL connectors with low,notched perfobond ribs reach 12.3 and 4.0,respectively,indicating that the shear strength of the proposed connect
