摘  要:以硅钨酸为钨源,稻壳为硅源和介孔模板,通过等体积浸渍法制备了一系列不同WO_(3)负载量的介孔WO_(3)/SiO_(2)催化剂。通过XRD、UV-Vis和N_(2)吸附-脱附等温线的手段对样品进行了表征。结果表明,当w(WO_(3))低于2.4%时,样品中的WO_(3)晶粒在载体SiO_(2)上分散较好;当w(WO_(3))高于2.4%时,样品中开始出现单斜晶系的WO_(3)晶体。样品具有较大的比表面积和明显的介孔结构,最可几孔径为3.6 nm。在优化的氧化脱硫条件下,质量分数为2.4%的WO_(3)/SiO_(2)样品给出了99.7%的二苯并噻吩转化率和99.6%的4,6-二甲基二苯并噻吩转化率。Using silicotungstic acid as tungsten source,rice husk as both silicon source and mesoporous template,a series of mesoporous WO_(3)/SiO_(2)catalysts with different WO_(3)loadings were prepared by an incipient-wetness impregnation method.The samples were characterized by means of XRD,UV-Vis and N_(2)adsorption-desorption isotherms.The results showed that,when the WO_(3)loading was lower than 2.4%,the WO_(3)grains in the samples were well dispersed on the carrier SiO_(2).When the WO_(3)loading was higher than 2.4%,monoclinic WO_(3)crystals began to appear in the samples.The samples had a large specific surface area and a pronounced mesoporous structure,and the most probable pore size of samples was 3.6 nm.Under optimized oxidative desulfurization conditions,the 2.4%WO_(3)/SiO_(2)sample gave a dibenzothiophene conversion of 99.7%and a 4,6-dimethyldibenzothiophene conversion of 99.6%.
