摘 要:采用物理分散乳化法技术,将BaTiO_(3)和碳纳米管(MWCNT)分散在聚砜(PSF)中,通过改变MWCNT的含量,制备了一系列PSF/BaTiO_(3)/MWCNT的复合材料。结果发现,乳液中的BaTiO_(3)和MWCNT通过薄层结构被PSF树脂均匀地包覆,具有良好的分散性和稳定性。另外,制备的PSF/BaTiO_(3)/MWCNT复合材料具有较高而且稳定的玻璃化转变温度(T_(g)=185℃)和初始热分解温度(T_(5%)=474℃)。2.5%MWCNT质量分数的PSF/BaTiO_(3)/MWCNT复合材料在1 MHz时的介电常数提高了104%,达到14.5;但介电损耗仍低于0.06;所有复合材料在25~185℃具有稳定的介电性能。Using physical dispersion emulsification technology,BaTiO_(3)and carbon nanotubes(MWCNT)were dispersed in polysulfone,and a series of PSF/BaTiO_(3)/MWCNT ternary composite materials were prepared by changing the content of MWCNT.The results showed that BaTiO_(3)and MWCNT in lotion were evenly coated by PSF resin through thin layer structure,with good dispersion and stability.In addition,the prepared PSF/BaTiO_(3)/MWCNT composite material has a high and stable glass transition temperature(T_(g)=185℃)and initial thermal decomposition temperature(T_(5%)=474℃).The dielectric constant of PSF/BaTiO_(3)/MWCNT composite material with 2.5 wt%MWCNT content increased by 104%at 1 MHz,reaching 14.5;But the dielectric loss is still below 0.06.All composite materials have stable dielectric properties between 25 and 185℃.
