摘 要:采用双-[у-(三乙氧基硅)丙基]四硫化物Si69对硅微粉进行表面改性处理,并将改性后的硅微粉填充到三元乙丙(EPDM)橡胶中,探讨了改性硅微粉对EPDM复合胶料性能的影响。对比改性前后硅微粉的界面接触角﹑吸油值和活化率及硅微粉/EPDM复合胶料的性能。结果表明,偶联剂Si69改变了硅微粉的表面结构,提高了硅微粉在EPDM胶料中的相容性和分散性,当Si69的质量分数为2.5%时,改性硅微粉/EPDM胶料的综合性能最佳。The silicon powder was modified by Bis-[-(triethoxysilane)-propyl]tetrasulfide Si69,and then thsurface modification of silica powder was filled in ethylene-propylene diene(EPDM)rubber.The properties of modified silica powder/EPDM rubber composites were studied.By comparing the interface contact angle,oil absorption value and activation rate of silica powder before and after modification,and the properties of silica powder/EPDM composite.The results showed that the coupling agent Si69 changed the surface structure of silicon powder and improved the compatibility and dispersion of silicon powder in EPDM compound.When the addition of Si69 was 2.5wt%,the comprehensive performance of modified silicon powder/EPDM compound was the best.
