摘　　要：从入炉煤的煤质、飞灰特性、炉温控制等多方面浅析气化炉十字吊架积灰原因,提出控制措施,以期避免十字吊架积灰的产生,实现气化炉的长周期稳定运行。The factors contributing to ash accumulation in the cross hangers of the gasifier are examined,focusing on coal quality,fly ash characteristics,and furnace temperature control.Subsequently,control measures are proposed to mitigate ash buildup in the cross hangers and ensure the long-term stable operation of the gasifier.
