摘  要:云南某钢铁厂煤气冷凝水处理站设计规模为2880 m^(3)/d。针对煤气冷凝水COD高、氨氮高、含酚氰等水质特点,设计采用“气浮-氯碱破氰-A/O生化-芬顿氧化-中和沉淀”组合工艺,出水污染物指标满足钢铁厂综合废水处理站进水水质要求。经过调试后,预处理站运行稳定,出水达标。通过详细介绍了主要构筑物设计参数,为同类型废水处理工程建设提供了一定的思路和案例参考。The design scale of a gas condensate water treatment station in an iron and steel plant in Yunnan is 2880 m^(3)/d.According to the characteristics of high COD,high ammonia nitrogen and phenol cyanide in gas condensate water,a combined process of“air flotation-chlor-alkali cyanide breaking-A/O process-Fenton oxidation-neutralization precipitation”was designed.The effluent pollutant index meets the requirements of the influent water quality of the comprehensive wastewater treatment station in the iron and steel plant.After the commissioning,the pretreatment station runs stably and the effluent reaches the standard.This aerticle introduces the design parameters of the main structures in detail,and provides some ideas and case references for the construction of the same type of wastewater treatment project.
