摘　　要：硬实力使一个政党强大,软实力使一个政党伟大。中国共产党推进的国家文化软实力建设是党在新时代领导文化建设的使命担当,是党领导人民进行文化创新创造的重要基础。当前,中国共产党推进国家文化软实力建设的机遇与挑战并存。从机遇来看,文化软实力建设的顶层设计日趋完善,中华民族文化自信的高度前所未有,全球政治文化格局深刻变化带来的机遇前所未有。从挑战来看,西方文化舆论的渗透和侵蚀依然存在,多元社会思潮的影响和冲击仍需化解,文化体制机制仍需完善。系统谋划中国共产党推进国家文化软实力建设的科学路径,必须从增强主流文化的凝聚力、发挥文化制度的保障力、提升中华文化的传播力三个维度协同推进,进而形成国家文化软实力建设的强大合力。Hard power makes a political party strong,while soft power makes a political party great.The construction of national cultural soft power promoted by the Communist Party of China is the mission of the Party to lead the cultural construction in the new era,and is an important basis for the Party to lead the people to carry out cultural innovation and creation.At present,the Communist Party of China faces both opportunities and challenges in promoting the construction of national cultural soft power.From the perspective of opportunities,the top-level design of cultural soft power construction is becoming more and more perfect,the cultural confidence of the Chinese nation is unprecedented,and the opportunities brought by the profound changes in the global political and cultural pattern are also unprecedented.From the perspective of challenges,the infiltration and erosion of Western cultural public opinion still exist,the impact of pluralistic social thoughts still need to be resolved,and the cultural system and mechanism still need to be improved.To systematically plan the scientific path for the Communist Party of China to promote the construction of national cultural soft power,we must strengthen the cohesion of the mainstream culture,give play to the safeguarding power of the cultural system,and enhance the dissemination of Chinese culture so as to form a strong cooperation to promote the construction of cultural soft power.
