南方诗学的建构——兼论中国当代诗歌的“现代性”维度与“城市精神”书写

摘　　要：南方诗学,从本质上来说,就是对于中国当代诗歌“现代性”维度的观照,这种“现代性”可以看作是一种“城市精神”的书写,就是召唤“现代人”的出场。这种以“现代人”的此在生存为基础的现代性和城市精神,是在近代以来从以广东为起点的南方在与西方现代国家的交往与对话中生长出来的。这种精神也迥异于中国传统诗学的精神。中国传统诗学是以士君子和士大夫为写作主体的抒情言志诗学,是贵族化或精英化的,而中国现代诗学,是以从南方发端而逐渐渗透到中国整个现代文学内部的以平民或市民大众为写作主体和接受主体的城市诗学,我们将其命名为南方诗学。这个“南方”不同于传统的江南或地理的南方,而是一种精神的南方,或者说新南方。这些年来,个人对“南方诗学”的建构,包括了关于“南方”概念的重新界定、“南方诗歌”群落的梳理、“南方精神”谱系脉络的观照,而后进入“南方诗学”的理论建构。这样一个诗学建构所生长出的诸种可能性及其思想和艺术的实验,也将为中国现当代文学研究提供更具现场性的理论资源与研究方法。Southern Poetics,in essence,is a contemplation of the“modernity”dimension of contemporary Chinese poetry.This“modernity”can be regarded as a writing of“urban spirit”,which is to call forth the emergence of“modern people”.This modernity and urban spirit,based on the existential presence of“modern people”,has grown out of the interactions and dialogues with Western modern states since modern times,starting from the southern region with Guangdong as its base.This spirit is also distinctly different from the spirit of traditional Chinese poetics.Traditional Chinese poetics is a lyrical and ambition-expressing poetics characterized by its aristocratic or elitist nature with gentry and scholar-officials as the writing subjects,while modern Chinese poetics is an urban poetics originated in the South and gradually penetrated the entire modern literature of China with civilians or the general public as the writing subjects and recipients.We named it Southern poetics.This“south”is different from the traditional Jiangnan or geographical south,but a spiritual south,or a new south.Over the years,the personal construction of“Southern Poetics”includes redefining the concept of“South”,combing the community of“Southern Poetry”,observing the pedigree of“Southern Spirit”,and then entering the theoretical construction of“Southern Poetics”.The possibilities of such a poetic construction and the experiments of ideas and art will also provide more on-the-spot theoretical resources and research methods for the study of modern and contemporary literature in China.
