摘  要:试验旨在研究不同水平中草药添加剂对哺乳期羔羊的生长性能、血清生化指标和腹泻状况的影响,从而筛选适宜的中草药添加剂添加水平。选取23日龄、体重(6.59±0.03)kg的健康哺乳公羊羔48只,采用单因素随机分组试验方法将试验羊分成4组,每组3个重复,每个重复4只羊。对照组饲喂基础精料,试验组分别饲喂含有0.1%(试验1组)、0.3%(试验2组)、0.5%(试验3组)中草药添加剂的精料。试验期37 d,预试期7 d,正式试验期30 d。结果表明:与对照组、试验1组和试验2组相比,试验3组羔羊45、60日龄时的体重极显著增加(P<0.01),30~60日龄的平均日增重极显著增加(P<0.01)。与对照组相比,试验2组羔羊60日龄的体重极显著增加(P<0.01),试验2组和试验3组30~60日龄的料重比极显著降低(P<0.01)。与对照组相比,试验3组羔羊血清葡萄糖(GLU)、胰岛素(INS)、总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、总蛋白(TP)含量极显著升高(P<0.01),白蛋白(ALB)含量显著升高(P<0.05),胰高血糖素(PG)含量极显著降低(P<0.01),非脂化脂肪酸(NEFA)含量显著降低(P<0.05);试验2组羔羊血清TP含量显著升高(P<0.05);试验2组和试验3组羔羊血清β-羟丁酸(β-HB)、尿素氮(BUN)含量显著降低(P<0.05),尿酸(UA)含量极显著降低(P<0.01)。与对照组相比,试验2组和试验3组羔羊腹泻率极显著降低(P<0.01);3个试验组羔羊的康复率极显著升高(P<0.01),康复时间极显著缩短(P<0.01)。研究表明,在哺乳期羔羊精料中添加中草药添加剂可以提高羔羊的生长性能,增强营养物质代谢合成,防控羔羊腹泻发生和加速腹泻康复,0.5%的添加量效果最好。The experiment aimed to investigate the effects of different levels of Chinese herbal additives on the growth performance,serum biochemical indicators,and diarrhea condition of lactating lambs,in order to screen for the appropriate addition level.A total of 48 healthy male lactating lambs with an aged 23 days and a body weight of(6.59±0.03)kg were selected and divided into four groups using a single-factor randomized block design,with three replicates per group and four lambs per replicate.The control group was fed with a basic concentrate,while the experimental groups were fed with concentrate feed containing 0.1%(group 1),0.3%(group 2),and 0.5%(group 3)Chinese herbal additives,respectively.The trial period was 37 days,with a preliminary trial period of 7 days and a formal trial period of 30 days.The results indicated that compared to the control group,group 1,and group 2,the weight of lambs in the group 3 was extremely increased at 45 and 60 days of age(P<0.01),and the average daily weight gain was extremely increased from 30 to 60 days of age(P<0.01).Compared to the control group,the weight of lambs in the group 2 was extremely increased at 60 days of age(P<0.01),and the feed-to-gain ratio was extremely decreased for the groups 2 and 3 from 30 to 60 days of age(P<0.01).Compared to the control group,the levels of serum glucose(GLU),insulin(INS),total cholesterol(TC),triglycerides(TG),and total protein(TP)in lambs from the group 3 were extremely increased(P<0.01),the albumin(ALB)content was significantly increased(P<0.05),glucagon(PG)content was extremely decreased(P<0.01),and nonesterified fatty acids(NEFA)content was significantly decreased(P<0.05).The TP content in lambs from the group 2 was significantly increased(P<0.05).The levels ofβ-hydroxybutyrate(β-HB)and blood urea nitrogen(BUN)in lambs from the groups 2 and 3 were significantly decreased(P<0.05),and uric acid(UA)content was extremely decreased(P<0.01).Compared to the control group,the diarrhea rate was extremely decreased(P<0.01),and the recovery
