摘　　要：马齿苋中含有多糖类、生物碱类、黄酮类、萜类、有机酸类等活性物质,具有抗菌、抗炎、抗氧化、降血糖血脂、增强免疫力等功能。马齿苋的提取物可以调控动物机体代谢,提高饲料利用率,改善畜产品品质,具有较高的开发利用价值。文章对马齿苋提取物的活性成分、生物学功能以及在动物养殖生产中的应用进展进行综述,为马齿苋提取物在畜牧养殖领域的利用提供参考。Portulaca oleracea contains a variety of active substances such as polysaccharides,alkaloids,flavonoids,terpenes,and organic acids,which have functions as antibacterial,anti-inflammatory,antioxidant,blood sugar and lipid-lowering,and immune enhancement.The extract of Portulaca oleracea can regulate animal metabolism,improve feed utilization,and improve the quality of livestock products,making it highly valuable for development and utilization.This article reviews the active components,biological functions,and application progress of Portulaca oleracea extracts in animal production and breeding,providing a reference for the utilization of Portulaca oleracea extracts in the field of animal husbandry.
