摘　　要：液体饲料是将干饲料与水或液态工业副产物按一定比例混合后,经发酵或非发酵制备而成。与饲喂干饲料相比,液体饲喂具有改善仔猪断奶应激,提高平均日增重、平均日采食量、降低料重比,提升肠道消化系统酶活力,减少病原体在肠道中的数量,增加肠道中有益菌的丰度,改善肠道形态,降低肠道通透性等优点。文章综述液体饲喂的分类、液体饲喂系统、发酵液体饲料的生产和品质、液体饲喂对猪生长性能和肠道功能的影响等,总结和展望目前液体饲喂存在的问题,以期为液体饲料在生猪养殖领域的推广及应用提供参考。Liquid feed is prepared by mixing dry feed with water or liquid industrial by-products in a certain ratio,followed by fermentation or non-fermentation processes.Compared to dry feed feeding,liquid feeding has the advantages of improving the weaning stress of piglets,increasing the average daily weight gain and average daily feed intake,and reducing the feed-to-weight ratio,enhancing the enzyme activity of the gastrointestinal digestive system,reducing the number of pathogens in the intestine and increasing the abundance of beneficial bacteria,improving intestinal morphology and reducing intestinal permeability.The article reviews the classification of liquid feeding,the liquid feeding systems,the production and quality of fermented liquid feed,and the impact of liquid feeding on pig growth performance and intestinal function.It summarizes and looks forward to the existing problems of liquid feeding,with the aim of providing a reference for the application of liquid feed in the field of pig farming.
