摘  要:为制备相变温度适宜、潜热值大、性能优越的空调相变蓄冷材料,采用CaCl_(2)·6H_(2)O-25%MgCl_(2)·6H_(2)O为空调蓄冷基材,添加丙三醇和乙醇作温度调节剂,成功制备了一种新型有机-无机共晶空调蓄冷材料(PCM);利用DSC与高低温交变箱测试了新型蓄冷材料的相变潜热值与相变温度。以SrCl_(2)·6H_(2)O与SrCO_(3)作成核剂,经过100次热循环实验发现新型复合PCM未出现相分离,具有良好的热稳定性。A new type of organic-inorganic co-crystalline cold storage material for air conditioner,a composite phase change material(PCM)with appropriate temperature,large latent heat value and excellent performance is successfully prepared by using CaCl_(2)·6H_(2)O-25 wt%MgCl_(2)·6H_(2)O as cold storage base material,as well as glycerol and ethanol as temperature regulators.The material’s latent heat value and phase change temperature are tested by means of a DSC and a high-low temperature alternating box.It is discovered that the novel composite PCM made with SrCl_(2)·6H_(2)O and SrCO_(3)as nucleating agents has not appeared phase separation after 100 times of thermal cycling tests,showing good thermal stability.
