摘 要:利用CFD的模拟方法研究射流鼓泡反应器内不同喷嘴结构对射流鼓泡反应器的混合和传质性能影响,选择4种喷嘴结构(圆形缩径式、扭转三角形、三棱多边形和三棱圆锥式喷嘴)为考察对象。在相同的操作条件下,对比喷嘴结构在反应器内的流体速度分布、湍动能分布、气含率分布以及气泡直径分布的特性,发现采用旋扭三角形喷嘴的射流鼓泡反应器中,产生更小、更均匀的气泡,平均气含率得到显著提升,气液之间的接触面积增大,提高了气液传质效率,所需混合时间更少。The influences of the structure of the nozzle in jet bubbling reactor on the mixing and mass transfer performance of the jet bubbling reactor are studied by means of CFD simulation method through selecting circular reduced diameter,torsional triangle,triangular polygon and triangular conical nozzle as the objects.Under the same operation conditions,the characteristics of nozzle structure in the reactor are compared,including fluid velocity distribution,turbulent kinetic energy distribution,gas content distribution and bubble diameter distribution.It is found that in the jet bubbling reactor with torsional triangular nozzle,smaller and more uniform bubbles are generated,the average gas holding rate is significantly higher,the contact area between gas and liquid is larger,the gas-liquid mass transfer efficiency is higher,and the time needed by mixing is less.
