摘　　要：本文分析介绍了过氧化氢等离子体低温灭菌器的工作原理、结构和应用,结合相关标准提出的计量特性及相关计量校准要求,基于设备实际使用情况,开展对过氧化氢等离子体低温灭菌器的校准项目、标准设备和校准方法的研究。使用无线温度记录器和无线真空记录器对过氧化氢等离子体低温灭菌器的温度和压力参数进行校准,并提供校准案例,为过氧化氢等离子体低温灭菌器校准提供参考。This article analyzes and introduces the working principle,structure,and application of hydrogen peroxide plasma low-temperature sterilizer.Based on the metrological characteristics and calibration requirements proposed by relevant standards,and based on the actual use of the equipment,research is conducted on the calibration items,standard equipment,and calibration methods of hydrogen peroxide plasma low-temperature sterilizer.Use wireless temperature recorders and wireless vacuum recorders to calibrate the temperature and pressure parameters of the hydrogen peroxide plasma low-temperature sterilizer,and provide calibration cases to provide reference for the calibration of the hydrogen peroxide plasma low-temperature sterilizer.
