摘 要:目的:本研究旨在建立和验证一种预测基于超声诊断NAFLD患者发生颈动脉硬化的预测模型。方法:回顾性收集在我院接受2021年-2023年9月经超声诊断为NAFLD患者,分析其发生颈动脉硬化的独立预测因素,然后建立模型,进行内部和外部验证。结果:共纳入350位行经超声诊断的NAFLD患者。BMI、糖尿病、吸烟史、TC、TG被确定为发生颈动脉硬化的独立危险因素建立模型,该模型AUC为0.865,外部验证集AUC为0.811。表明了模型的稳定性和可靠性。结论:本研究成功建立了一个基于超声诊断NAFLD患者发生颈动脉硬化的预测模型,具有较好的预测准确性。Purpose:This study aims to establish and validate a prediction model for predicting carotid arteriosclerosis in patients with NAFLD based on ultrasound diagnosis.Methods:We retrospectively collected patients with NAFLD diagnosed by menstrual ultrasound in our hospital from 2021 to September 2023,analyzed their independent predictors of carotid arteriosclerosis,and then established a model for internal and external validation.Results:A total of 350 NAFLD patients diagnosed by ultrasound were included.BMI,diabetes,smoking history,TC,and TG were identified as independent risk factors for carotid arteriosclerosis to establish a model.The AUC of the model was 0.865,and the AUC of the external validation set was 0.811.It shows the stability and reliability of the model.Conclusion:This study successfully established a prediction model based on ultrasound diagnosis of carotid arteriosclerosis in patients with NAFLD,which has good prediction accuracy.
