生脉注射液治疗老年慢性心功能不全的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察生脉注射液治疗老年慢性心功能不全的疗效。方法:选择2020年到2022年老年慢性心功能不全患者70例,随机分为对照组和研究组。比较LVESD、LVEDD、LVEF、CGRP、ET、NO以及BNP等指标差异,评估疗效及安全性。结果:治疗后,研究组有效率高于对照组(P<0.05),LVESD、LVEDD、LVEF、ET、BNP、CGRP、NO均改善明显(P<0.05);两组不良反应比较差异不显著(P>0.05)。结论:生脉注射液治疗慢性心功能不全者有效,可促进心功能、血管内皮功能的改善,降低BNP水平。Objective:To observe the effect of Shengmai injection in the treatment of chronic cardiac insufficiency in the elderly.Methods:70 elderly patients with chronic cardiac insufficiency were selected and randomly divided into the control groupand the study group.Compare the differences in indicators such as LVESD,LVEDD,LVEF,CGRP,ET,NO,and BNP to evaluate the efficacy and safety.Results:After treatment,the effective rate of the study group was higher(P<0.05),and LVESD,LVEDD,LVEF,ET,BNP,CGRP,and NO were improved significantly(P<0.05);The difference in adverse reactions between the two groups was not significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:Shengmai injection is effective in the treatment of elderly patients with chronic cardiac insufficiency,which can help to improvecardiac function and vascular endothelial function,and lower BNP level.
