摘　　要：中国推进共同富裕的过程恰好与数字经济快速发展的时期相契合,数字经济是新时代经济增长的重要引擎,是在高质量中促进共同富裕的重要力量.本文基于数字经济的内涵,构建了数字经济发展指数,并利用中国家庭微观调查数据,采用分位数回归方法深入探究了数字经济对共同富裕的影响效应和作用机制.研究发现,数字经济发展显著提升了居民收入水平,并且对于不同收入群体有显著异质性,相比高收入群体,数字经济对低收入群体的促进作用更强.机制分析表明,数字经济的普惠性降低了金融服务的门槛,为低收入群体创造了均等的发展机会,提升了创业活跃度,促进了就业增长,提供了更多的就业机会.数字经济发展推动了劳动力非农转型,从而使得农户总收入增加,降低了收入差距.本文的研究为数字经济如何赋能共同富裕提供了经验证据,为政府扎实推进共同富裕提供了决策参考.The process of promoting common prosperity in China coincides precisely with the period of rapid development of digital economy,which serves as a critical engine for economic growth in the new era and a significant force to promote common prosperity in high quality development.Based on the essence of digital economy,this paper constructs a digital economy development index.Employing micro-level Chinese household data and quantile regression analysis,this paper thoroughly investigates the impact and mechanisms of the digital economy on common prosperity.This study finds that the digital economy significantly increases resident income, and there is significant heterogeneity among different income groups. Compared to highincomegroups, the digital economy has stronger effect on low-income groups. Mechanism analysisindicates that the inclusiveness of the digital economy reduces the barriers to financial services,creating equal development opportunities for low-income groups, enhancing entrepreneurial activity,promoting job growth, and providing more employment opportunities. Moreover, the digitaleconomy facilitates the shift of the rural labor force towards non-agricultural sectors, which ispivotal in increasing rural household income and reducing income inequality. This paper providesempirical evidence on how the digital economy empowers common prosperity, and also providespolicy recommendations for the government to steadfastly advance common prosperity.
