摘　　要：西藏自治区位于青藏高原,平均海拔超4000m,低压缺氧环境对居民健康和经济发展构成挑战。制供氧技术在此具有重要价值。本研究分析了西藏制供氧行业现状,探讨了面临的主要问题,并提出了解决策略和未来发展方向。通过对现有制氧技术的比较分析,评估了各种技术的优缺点及不同供氧模式的适用场景。尽管取得了一定进展,但仍存在供氧体验感差、成本高、缺乏统一管理和市场混乱等问题。针对这些问题,本文提出了采用清洁能源驱动的制氧技术路线、高原供氧建筑一体化设计理念、“人一机一环境”智慧交互供氧体系,以及高原“供氧+X”交叉融合的产业发展策略。这些策略和建议旨在为平价、稳定、高效、安全制供氧,以及科学、健康用氧提供参考和方向,促进制供氧行业在高原的健康、可持续发展,提升高原居民生命健康水平,推动经济社会高质量发展。The Tibet Autonomous Region is located on the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau,with an average altitude of more than 4,000 m,and the low pressure and oxygen deficient environment poses challenges to the health of residents and economic development.Oxygen production and supply technology is of great value here.This study analyzes the current situation of oxygen production and supply industry in Tibet,discusses the main problems,and proposes solution strategies and future development directions.The advantages and disadvantages of various technologies and the applicable scenarios of different oxygen supply modes are evaluated through a comparative analysis of the existing oxygen production technologies.Despite the progress made,there are still problems such as poor oxygen supply experience,high cost,lack of unified management and market confusion.To address these problems,this paper proposes the adoption of clean energy-driven oxygen production technology,the integrated design concept of oxygen supply building in plateau,the"human-machine-environment"intelligent interactive oxygen supply system,and the chiastopic fusion of"oxygen supply+X"industrial development strategy in plateau.These strategies and recommendations aim to provide reference and direction for affordable,stable,efficient and safe oxygen production and supply,as well as scientific and healthy use of oxygen,to promote the healthy and sustainable development of the oxygen production and supply industry in plateau,to enhance the life and health of the plateau residents,and to promote high-quality economic and social development.
