摘 要:水轮发电机集电环跳火现象是电力系统中一种常见的故障,若未能及时处理,可能会导致集电环损坏,从而对水轮发电机组的安全运行构成严重威胁。本文主要在于深入探讨和分析水轮发电机集电环跳火的常见成因,并结合某水电厂的实际案例,提出针对性的故障诊断与处理策略,以确保水轮发电机组的安全与稳定运行。旨在为相关技术人员提供理论支持与实践指导,从而有效预防和解决此类故障问题。The phenomenon of collector ring jump is a common fault in the power system.If it is not dealt with in time,the collector ring may be damaged,which poses a serious threat to the safe operation of the hydro-generator set.The main purpose of this paper is to deeply discuss and analyze the common causes of the circular jumpfire of the hydrogenerator collector,and combined with the actual case of a hydropower plant,put forward the targeted fault diagnosis and treatment strategy to ensure the safe and stable operation of the hydrogenerator unit.The purpose of this paper is to provide theoretical support and practical guidance for relevant technicians,so as to effectively prevent and solve such problems.
