摘　　要：为从根本上提升供电水平,需高质高效使用绝缘杆作业手段,加强复杂作业项目管控力度。基于此,本文以带负荷更换柱上开关实施流程为切入点,提出带电作业存在问题,阐述绝缘杆作业方法在复杂作业项目中的应用流程以及复杂项目推广建议,以供参考。In order to fundamentally improve the power supply level,it is necessary to use insulating rod operation means with high quality and high efficiency,and strengthen the management and control of complex operation projects.Based on this,this paper takes the implementation process of changing the switch on the column with load as the breakthrough point,puts forward the problems existing in live working,and expounds the application process of insulating rod working method in complex working projects and the promotion suggestions for complex projects for reference.
