摘 要:水车室作为水轮发电厂的核心区域之一,其温度的稳定对设备的运行和寿命至关重要。水轮机、发电机及其辅助设备在运行过程中会产生大量热量,若不能及时散热,可能引发设备过热故障,甚至影响电站的安全运行。本文介绍了水车室温度监控的重要性,并针对常见的温度监控与散热方法进行分析,提出了一种结合实时温度监控与散热改造的综合方案,以提高水车室的热管理水平,并通过实际改造验证了本文所提方法的有效性,有效确保了设备的安全高效运行。As one of the core areas of a hydroelectric power plant,the stable temperature of the water wheel room is crucial for the operation and lifespan of the equipment.Water turbines,generators,and their auxiliary equipment generate a large amount of heat during operation.If they cannot dissipate heat in a timely manner,it may cause equipment overheating faults and even affect the safe operation of the power station.This article introduces the importance of temperature monitoring in water tank rooms and analyzes common temperature monitoring and heat dissipation methods.A comprehensive solution combining real-time temperature monitoring and heat dissipation renovation is proposed to improve the thermal management level of water tank rooms.The effectiveness of the proposed method is verified through actual renovation,effectively ensuring the safe and efficient operation of equipment.
