摘　　要：When you founded Overseas Radio&Television Inc.(ORTV)in 1960,you had a small team of around 10 people.Today the company has nearly 200 people.How have you managed to unite your staff and have them work well together?I grew up in a big family with eight children.My parents taught my siblings and me to share.They taught us the principle,“It is better to give than to receive.”AnythingI get,I share with others.I feel happy when I share,and my staff feel the love I have for them.Practicing sharing with one another unite our staff.
