摘　　要：Do you like to throw and catch a Frisbee?If so,you might like playing Ultimate.It is a fast-moving team sport.It's often played outside on a field.There are two teams of seven players each.Players pass the Frisbee from player to player up the field.Players can run and jump until they catch the Frisbee.Then they must plant one foot.After they throw the Frisbee,they can move again.A team scores a point when a player catches the Frisbee in the end zone.你喜欢扔飞盘和接飞盘吗?如果是的话,那么你可能会喜欢玩飞盘争夺赛。这是一项快速移动的团队运动,通常在户外的运动场上进行。这种比赛由两支各派出7名选手的队伍互相竞争,选手们在场上相互传递飞盘以便向前推进。选手在接住飞盘之前可以奔跑、跳跃,接住以后就必须一脚固定在原地不动。他们扔出飞盘之后,才可以再次移动。
