摘 要:城市轨道交通项目多采用钢轮钢轨制式,而轮轨振动是环境振动的根源,因此车轮状态劣化会诱发振动异常增大。轨旁振源监测系统可对隧道结构振动进行长期监测,进而通过得到的轮轨振动强度,反映车轮与钢轨的服役状态。在监测系统对列车车辆状态进行识别过程中,发现某一车次经过时,隧道壁Z振级较其他车次振级大5 dB以上,随后通过列车时刻表锁定该振动异常列车。经运营部门核查确认,该次列车多个车轮存在径向圆跳动超限的问题。列车经车轮镟修后重新上线,隧道壁Z振级减小9.39 dB。结论表明,振源长期监测系统可用于甄别各次列车的运营状态,有利于运营部门制定精准维修策略,进而实现运营模式由“计划修”向“状态修”的转变。Urban rail transit engineering mostly adopts the steel wheel and steel rail system,and wheel rail vibration is the root cause of environmental vibration,and the deterioration of wheel condition can induce abnormal increase in vibration.Trackside vibration source monitoring system can carry out long-term monitoring of tunnel structure vibration,and then get the vibration intensity of wheel and rail,reflecting the service status of wheels and rails.In the process of identifying the status of trains and vehicles through the monitoring system,it was found that the Z vibration level of the tunnel wall was more than 5 dB larger than that of other trains when a certain train passed by,and then the train with abnormal vibration was selected through the train schedule.After verification by the operation department,it was confirmed that several wheels of the train had radial runout exceeding the limit.The train was relaunched after wheel reprofiling,and the Z vibration level of the tunnel wall was reduced by 9.39 dB.Practice has proven that the vibration source monitoring system can be used to identify the operational status of each train,which is beneficial for the operation department to develop precise maintenance strategies and thus achieve the transformation of the operation mode from"planned maintenance"to"condition-based maintenance".
