摘 要:本文首先分析了煤电行业发电运行的现状和发展趋势,总结了影响发电运行效率的主要技术和管理因素。在深入了解现有问题基础上,提出了一系列针对性的优化措施。在技术层面,建议通过采用先进技术和升级设备提升效率;在管理和运营方面,强调了流程再造和管理优化的重要性。本文进一步探究了这些策略的实施步骤和效果评估,并通过实证验证了策略的有效性和可行性,通过技术创新和管理改进,可以显著提高煤电企业的发电效率,促进行业的高质量发展。This paper first analyzes the current situation and development trend of power generation operation in the coal power industry,and summarizes the main technical and management factors affecting efficiency.On the basis of indepth understanding of the existing problems,a series of targeted optimization measures are proposed.At the technical level,it is recommended to improve efficiency by adopting advanced technology and upgrading equipment;In terms of management and operation,the importance of process reengineering and management optimization is emphasized.This paper further explores the implementation steps and effect evaluation of these strategies,and verifies the effectiveness and feasibility of the strategies through empirical verification.Finally,it is concluded that through comprehensive technological innovation and management improvement,the power generation efficiency of coal-fired power enterprises can be significantly improved and the sustainable development of the industry can be promoted.
