摘  要:针对零部件的外形、压紧部位和压紧方法,本文主要设计了气压式薄壁异形调喷器法兰专用装夹装置,并介绍了对薄壁异形调喷器法兰的装夹过程。此装夹装置通过采用浮动支撑与压紧块同时联动的方法,有效的保证装夹力的分布均衡,同时可消除装夹装置在装夹过程中对薄壁异形调喷器法兰造成的变形,也大大缩短了装夹调试和机床对刀所需的时间。文中利用NX三维建模软件对此装置的装夹过程进行了模拟仿真;同时利用ANSYS对装夹装置支撑架做了有限元分析,为后期的产品批量生产奠定了基础。This article mainly designs a special clamping device for the flange of a pneumatic thin-walled irregular injector,focusing on the shape,clamping parts,and clamping methods of the components,and introduces the clamping process for the flange of the thin-walled irregular injector.This clamping device effectively ensures a balanced distribution of clamping force by using a method of simultaneous linkage between floating support and clamping blocks.At the same time,it can eliminate the deformation caused by the clamping device on the thin-walled and irregular injector flange during the clamping process,and greatly shorten the time required for clamping debugging and tool alignment.The clamping process of this device was simulated using NX 3D modeling software in the article;At the same time,finite element analysis was conducted on the clamping device support frame using ANSYS,laying the foundation for mass production of products in the later stage.
