摘 要:发动机作为各种交通运输车辆的主要动力源,在保障车辆安全稳定运行方面扮演着重要角色,而连杆是发动机向外界传输动力的关键构件,一旦发生故障,将会造成严重的交通事故,所以严格把控发动机连杆的机械加工质量十分重要。基于此,文章首先介绍了绿色加工工艺的发展背景,然后对发动机连杆机械绿色加工工艺进行了分析,深入探讨了由工作时间、产品质量、制作成本、资源消耗、环境污染等组成的五位一体的绿色度评价体系,并对发动机连杆加工工艺绿色度评价进行了具体分析,对未来发动机连杆机械加工工艺绿色化研究具有一定的借鉴。As the main power source of various transportation vehicles,the engine plays an important role in ensuring the safe and stable operation of the vehicle,and the connecting rod is the key component of the engine to transmit power to the outside world,once the failure occurs,it will cause serious traffic accidents,so it is very important to strictly control the machining quality of the engine connecting rod.Based on this,the paper first introduced the development background of green processing technology,and then analyzed the mechanical green processing technology of engine connecting rod,deeply discussed the five-in-one green degree evaluation system composed of working time,product quality,production cost,resource consumption,environmental pollution,etc.,and carried out a specific analysis of the green degree evaluation of engine connecting rod processing technology.It can be used for reference for the future research on the green machining technology of engine connecting rod.
