摘 要:机械制图作为工程技术交流和产品实现的重要基础,其精准性直接决定了产品的质量水平。在现代机械制造业中,发动机作为动力核心,对其制造质量的要求尤为严格,任何微小的制图误差都可能导致发动机零部件加工、装配出现问题,进而影响整机性能,造成经济损失。本文首先阐述了机械制图的重要性,随后分析了机械制图在发动机制造中可能产生的误差类型及其成因,在此基础上,提出了多种质量控制方法,为提高产品质量、降低生产成本提供有益借鉴。Mechanical drafting serves as a crucial foundation for engineering technical communication and product realization,where its accuracy directly determines the quality level of the product.In modern mechanical manufacturing,particularly for engines that are the power core,the requirements for manufacturing quality are extremely stringent.Any minor errors in drafting can lead to issues in the machining and assembly of engine components,subsequently affecting the overall engine performance and causing economic losses.This paper first discusses the importance of mechanical drafting and then analyzes the types of errors that may occur in mechanical drafting in engine manufacturing and their causes.Based on this,several quality control methods are proposed to enhance product quality and reduce production costs,providing useful references for improvement.
