摘　　要：目的探讨髋关节活动受限对脊柱-骨盆矢状面参数的影响。方法回顾性分析2019年1月—2022年1月上饶市人民医院收治的46例髋关节活动受限患者(受限组)影像学资料,在全脊柱侧位X线片上测量骨盆入射角(PI)、骨盆倾斜角(PT)、骶骨倾斜角(SS)、腰椎前凸角(LL)、矢状面平衡(SVA)、脊柱骶骨角(SSA)、T1矢状面角(TSA)和T1骨盆角(TPA),并与同期轻度髋关节病变尚未影响关节活动范围的31例患者(对照组)的影像学资料进行对比。结果与对照组相比,受限组PI、SS、LL、SVA和TPA增大,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组PT、SSA和TSA差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论髋关节活动受限会显著影响脊柱-骨盆参数,导致脊柱矢状面失衡,主要表现为腰椎前凸过大、躯干前倾。Objective To explore the effect of limited hip mobility on spino-pelvic sagittal parameters.Methods The imaging data of 46 patients with limited hip mobility(limited group)admitted to Shangrao People’s Hospital from January 2019 to January 2022 was analyzed retrospectively,and pelvic incidence(PI),pelvic tilt(PT),sacral slope(SS),lumbar lordosis(LL),sagittal vertical axis(SVA),spinal-sacral angle(SSA),T1 sagittal angle(TSA),and T1 pelvic angle(TPA)were measured on full spinal lateral roentgenographs,and compared with the imaging data of 31 patients(control group)who had mild hip joint lesions and not yet affected the range of joint movement during the same period.Results Compared with the control group,the limited group had an increase in PI,SS,LL,SVA and TPA,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in PT,SSA and TSA between the 2 groups(P>0.05).Conclusions Limited hip mobility can significantly affect the spino-pelvic sagittal parameters,leading to spinal sagittal plane imbalance,mainly manifested as excessive lumbar lordosis and forward tilt of the trunk.
