摘  要:测控软件作为控制系统的重要组成部分,是核工业生产活动的重要参与者,软件质量成为影响核工业生产的重要因素。当前硬件可靠性工程已经较为成熟,相对而言软件可靠性更难以保证,并且会严重影响整个系统的可靠性。测控软件发生故障,往往直接影响工业生产活动,甚至造成难以估量的损失。基于安全壳泄漏率测试软件产品的工程经验,结合大量学者的软件可靠性影响因素分析,提出了基于研发流程控制、可靠性设计的高可靠测控软件构建方法。该构建方法可以为高可靠测控软件的设计提供设计参考。As an important part of control system,measurement and control software is an important participant in nuclear industry production activities,and software quality has become an important factor affecting nuclear industry production.At present,the hardware reliability engineering has been more mature,but the software reliability is more difficult to guarantee,and will seriously affect the reliability of the whole system.The failure of measurement and control software often directly affects industrial production activities,and even causes incalculable losses.Based on the engineering experience of containment leakage rate test software products and the analysis of influential factors of software reliability by a large number of scholars,the author puts forward a high reliability test and control software construction method based on R&D process control and reliability design.This construction method can provide design reference for the design of highly reliable measurement and control software.
