摘  要:获取准确的核设施释放源项数据是进行辐射环境影响评价的基础。本文对美国、法国和中国在核设施释放源项获取技术领域的研究进展以及研究成果进行了梳理和分析。美国和法国研究起步较早,已针对多种工况与释放情景进行了大量实验测量和数值模拟工作,并建立了较为系统的源项手册。我国使用实验和模拟手段开展了核设施释放源项研究,初步建立了核设施释放源项关键参数获取技术和源项估算方法。我国应针对核设施的典型工况和释放情景开展更符合国内工艺流程与实际情况的研究,为核设施的辐射环境影响评价提供准确的源项数据。Obtaining accurate source term data released by nuclear facilities is the basis for radiation environmental impact assessment.This paper sorts out and analyzes the research progress and research results of the United States,France and China in the field of nuclear facility release source term acquisition technology.The research in the United States and France started earlier,and a large number of experimental measurements and numerical simulations have been carried out for a variety of working conditions and release scenarios,and a more systematic source term manual has been established.In our country,the study of nuclear facility release source terms is carried out by using experimental and simulation means,and the key parameter acquisition technology and source term estimation method are preliminarily established.It is suggested that the typical working conditions and release scenarios of nuclear facilities should be studied in line with domestic process flow and actual conditions,so as to provide accurate source term data for radiation environmental impact assessment of nuclear facilities.
