摘　　要：推进共同富裕,是社会主义的本质要求和中国式现代化的重要特征。文章通过梳理我们党改革开放以来在不同时期对效率和公平相互关系的不同制度安排,揭示出我国在推进共同富裕进程中效率和公平关系制度安排的演进规律,即效率和公平关系的制度安排必须适应生产力的发展水平,并随着生产力的发展而发生相应的制度变革;效率和公平关系制度安排的优劣必须以有利于解放生产力和发展生产力作为唯一判断标准。我国在改革发展伟大实践中探索出来的效率和公平关系制度安排演进规律,是对处理好效率和公平相互关系这一世界性难题的中国理论创造,是中国特色社会主义经济理论的自主知识。因此,在全面推进中国式现代化建设新征程中,就需要遵循效率和公平关系制度安排的演进规律进行继承和创新,形成符合新发展阶段的效率和公平关系制度安排。通过对新时代效率和公平关系制度安排内涵和要求进行的分析,为扎实推进共同富裕提供理论基础。Promoting common prosperity is the essential requirement of socialism and a significant feature of Chinese path to modernization.This article summarizes the different institutional arrangements for the relationship between efficiency and equity in different periods since the reform and opening up of the Communist Party of China.Then it reveals the evolutionary law of the institutional arrangement for the relationship between efficiency and equity in the process of promoting common prosperity in China,i.e.,the institutional arrangement for the relationship between efficiency and equity must be adapted to the level of development of the productive forces and undergo corresponding institutional changes along with the development of the productive forces.It also reveals the merits and demerits of the institutional arrangement for the relationship between efficiency and equity must be judged on the basis of the sole criterion of being conducive to the emancipation of the productive forces and their development.The law of evolution governing the institutional framework that balances efficiency with equity,as explored by our nation through the grand practice of reform and development,represents a Chinese theoretical innovation in addressing the global challenge of harmonizing efficiency and equity.It embodies the autonomous intellectual contribution to the socialist economic theory with Chinese characteristics.In the novel pursuit of comprehensively advancing the Chinese path to modernization,it is crucial to to inherit and innovate while following the evolutionary pattern of the institutional arrangements governing the balance between efficiency and equity,ultimately forging an institutional framework for the interplay between efficiency and equity that is tailored to the new phase of development and adeptly addresses the interplay.This article analyzes the connotation and requirements of the institutional arrangement of the relationship between efficiency and equity in the new era,and provides a theoretical foundation
