摘　　要：立足“人民有信仰,民族有希望,国家有力量”,论证“人民有信仰”的本质属性及建构逻辑,关涉人民大众生存、发展和幸福。“人民有信仰”以人民大众为信仰主体、以人民大众的现实幸福为价值取向,指明了人民大众现实幸福的实现路径不在彼岸、天国中,而在人民大众自身的生产生活实践中。从“人民有信仰”这一根本前提出发,把握“人民有信仰”的深刻内涵和当代建构具有重要现实意义。新时代,以实现人民大众的现实幸福为逻辑主线,从理论、实践与价值维度探寻“人民有信仰”的构建逻辑,发挥其最高价值牵引效用,建设中国人民的精神家园,确证中国人民有“信仰”,可为强国建设、民族复兴伟业提供更为主动的精神力量。Based on"the people have faith,the nation has hope,and the country has strength",this paper demonstrates the essential attribute and construction logic of"the people have faith",which is related to the survival,development and happiness of the people."The people have faith"takes the people as the main body of belief and the people's actual happiness as the value orientation,pointing out that the realization path of the people's actual happiness is not in the opposite bank or the kingdom of heaven,but in the people's own production and life practice.Starting from the fundamental premise of"the people have faith",it is of great practical significance to grasp the profound connotation and contemporary construction of"the people have faith".In the new era,the reason why it is necessary to realize the reality of the people's happiness as the logical main line,explore the construction logic of"the people have faith"from the theory,practice and value dimension,give play to its highest value traction effect,build the spiritual home of the Chinese people,and confirm that the Chinese people have"faith"is that doing so can provide more active spiritual strength for the construction of a strong country and the great cause of national rejuvenation.
