摘　　要：目的:探讨分析第3代西门子CT Turbo Flash扫描模式下行高心率冠状动脉CT血管成像(CCTA)检查的可行性。方法:选取2022年4月—2023年5月于扬州大学附属医院行CCTA检查80例患者为研究对象,采用随机数表法分为A、B两组,每组40例。A组采用第3代双源CT前瞻性心电门控Turbo Flash模式扫描,B组采用第3代双源CT行回顾性心电门控模式扫描,评估两组图像主动脉根部(AR)、左冠状动脉主干(LM)、右冠状动脉(RCA)CT值、图像信噪比(SNR)、图像对比噪声比(CNR),以及CT图像质量主观评分与有效辐射剂量(ED)。结果:两组AR、LM、RCA图像的CT值、SNR和CNR以及LAD图像的CT值比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),而LAD图像的SNR、CNR比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。B组ED高于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。两组图像质量主观评分比较,差异有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:高心率患者于Turbo Flash扫描模式下行CCTA检查的图像质量基本可用于冠状动脉评价,且辐射剂量较低。Objective To explore the feasibility of high heart rate coronary CT angiography(CCTA)in the third generation Siemens CT Turbo Flash scanning mode.Methods A total of 80 patients who underwent CCTA examination in the Affiliated Hospital of Yangzhou University from April 2022 to May 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into two groups by random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.Group A was scanned by the 3rd generation dual-source CT prospective electrocardiogated Turbo Flash mode,group B was scanned by the 3rd generation dual-source CT retrospective electrocardiogated mode.CT values of aortic root(AR),left main coronary artery(LM),right coronary artery(RCA),image signal-to-noise ratio(SNR),image contrast-to-noise ratio(CNR),subjective score of CT image quality and effective radiation dose(ED)were evaluated in the both groups.Results There were no statistically significant differences in CT values of AR,LM and RCA images,SNR and CNR,and CT values of LAD images between the two groups(P>0.05),while there were statistically significant differences in SNR and CNR of LAD images between the two groups(P<0.05).ED in group B was higher than that in group A,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).The subjective score of image quality was compared between the two groups,and the difference was statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion The image quality of CCTA in Turbo Flash scanning mode in patients with high heart rate can basically be used to evaluate coronary pulsation,and the radiation dose is significantly reduced.
