摘　　要：阴茎硬结症的临床主要表现包括阴茎背侧或外侧存在单个或多个结节或条索状硬结,影响勃起功能,其是以阴茎白膜内形成纤维样斑块为特征的男科疾病。临床采用外治法治疗阴茎硬结症的疗效显著,具有独特优势。本文对近30年临床采用中药熏洗法、中药外敷法、针灸疗法、电离子透入疗法等外治法治疗阴茎硬结症的临床经验、研究进行归纳概述,为临床阴茎硬结症的治疗方案提供一定的借鉴。The clinical manifestations of Peyronie′s disease primarily include the presence of one or more nodules or cord-like hardenings on the dorsal or lateral sides of the penis,which can affect erectile function.This condition is an andrology disease characterized by the formation of fibrous plaques within the tunica albuginea.Clinical external treatment has shown significant efficacy and possesses distinct advantages.This paper provides a summary and overview of the clinical experiences and researches over the past 30 years,focusing on external treatments such as traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and washing,external application of traditional Chinese medicine,acupuncture,and iontophoresis,aiming to offer references for the treatment of Peyronie′s disease.
