摘　　要：宋竖旗主任在中医传统经典基础上提出“牝脏固木”理论,认为阳痿主要病机为肝郁气逆、痰湿困阻、肾精受损。通过强健肺、脾、肾三牝脏,固摄精气津液,实现肝升肺降、痰湿燥化、宗筋得用。宋主任亦尤其注重形神同调,在服药调形体的同时,亦常常宣诫患者培养良好习惯,避免情志紧绷,静坐以清净凝心、恬淡心境,减少内伤情志对本病的危害。又善在上述治疗基础上加入虫类药以搜经剔络,引药入宗筋,辛香走窜,更能推荣宗筋为用。文末以病案一则,进一步展现宋主任用药经验心得。Director Song Shuqi puts forward the theory of"pinzang solid wood"on the basis of excavating the classics of Chinese medicine,and believes that the main pathogenesis of erectile dysfunction are liver depression and Qi reversal,phlegm and moisture obstruction,and kidney essence damage.By strengthening the three pinzang,lungs,spleen and kidneys,and solidifying the essence,Qi and liquid,the liver rises and lungs falls,phlegm is damp,and the penis can be used.Director Song also pays special attention to the harmony of form and spirit,while taking medicine to adjust the body,he always admonishes patients:cultivate good habits,avoid emotional tension,sit quietly to purify the mind,calm the mind,and reduce the harm of internal injuries to the disease.On the basis of the above treatment,he is also good at adding insect drugs to search for meridians,introduce medicine into the sect tendons,and spicy fragrance can go through body,promote the function of the penis.At the end of the article,a case is used to show Director Song′s experience in medication.
