李氏砭法联合穴位贴敷对颈椎病的干预效果研究

摘　　要：目的探讨李氏砭法(虎符铜砭刮痧疗法)联合穴位贴敷对颈椎病的干预效果。方法170例颈椎病患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,各85例。对照组患者接受穴位贴敷治疗,观察组患者在穴位敷贴基础上联合李氏砭法治疗。比较两组患者治疗前、治疗4周后的颈部疼痛程度、功能障碍程度、颈椎活动角度以及整体缓解效果。结果治疗4周后,两组患者的Northwick Park颈痛量表(NPQ)、颈椎功能障碍指数量表(NDI)评分均低于治疗前,且观察组患者NPQ评分(23.17±2.79)分、NDI评分(30.06±4.25)分均低于对照组的(25.08±3.41)、(33.17±4.68)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗4周后,两组患者颈椎左旋转、右旋转、左侧屈、右侧屈活动角度均大于治疗前,且观察组患者颈椎左旋转、右旋转、左侧屈、右侧屈活动角度分别为(57.88±7.51)、(57.93±8.65)、(38.85±5.77)、(35.71±5.36)°,均大于对照组的(54.10±6.23)、(50.28±7.41)、(34.61±5.49)、(32.58±4.59)°,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗4周后,观察组患者的整体缓解率98.82%高于对照组的90.59%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论李氏砭法联合穴位贴敷可有效减轻颈椎病患者的症状体征,增加颈椎活动度,提升整体疗效。Objective To explore the intervention effect of Li's flint acupuncture(Hufu Tongbian scraping therapy)combined with acupoint application on cervical spondylosis.Methods 170 patients with cervical spondylosis were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 85 cases in each group.Patients in the control group received acupoint application,and patients in the observation group received Li's flint acupuncture on the basis of acupoint application.The neck pain and dysfunction,cervical range of motion before treatment and 4 weeks after treatment,and overall remission were compared between the two groups.Results After 4 weeks of treatment,the scores of Northwick Park neck pain questionnaire(NPQ)and neck disability index(NDI)in both groups were lower than those before treatment;the observation group had NPQ score of(23.17±2.79)points and NDI score of(30.06±4.25)points,which were lower than(25.08±3.41)and(33.17±4.68)points in the control group;the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 4 weeks of treatment,the range of motion of left rotation,right rotation,left flexion and right flexion in both groups were greater than those before treatment;the range of motion of left rotation,right rotation,left flexion and right flexion were(57.88±7.51),(57.93±8.65),(38.85±5.77)and(35.71±5.36)°,which were greater than(54.10±6.23),(50.28±7.41),(34.61±5.49)and(32.58±4.59)°in the control group;the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 4 weeks of treatment,the rate of overall remission was 98.82%in the observation group,which was higher than 90.59%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Li's flint acupuncture combined with acupoint application can effectively reduce the symptoms and signs of cervical spondylosis patients,increase cervical range of motion and improve the overall curative effect.
