健脾养胃膏联合穴位埋线对脾虚湿蕴证肥胖型2型糖尿病患者体格指标及糖脂代谢水平的影响

摘　　要：目的 探讨健脾养胃膏联合穴位埋线对脾虚湿蕴证肥胖型2型糖尿病患者体格指标及糖脂代谢水平的影响。方法 选取2023年7月—2024年1月宜兴市中医医院收治的88例脾虚湿蕴证肥胖型2型糖尿病患者为研究对象,按照不同治疗方法分为对照组和观察组,各44例。对照组给予健脾养胃膏治疗,观察组在此基础上联合穴位埋线。比较两组体格指标及糖脂代谢指标。结果 治疗后,观察组体重指数、腰围、臀围、空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白、总胆固醇、甘油三酯和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平均低于对照组,而高密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论 健脾养胃膏联合穴位埋线治疗能有效改善脾虚湿蕴证肥胖型2型糖尿病患者的体格指标和糖脂代谢水平。Objective To explore the effect of Jianpi Yangwei Paste combined with acupoint catgut embedding on the physical indices and glycolipid metabolism levels in patients with spleen deficiency and damp-encumbrance syn-drome obesity type 2 diabetes.Methods A total of 88 obese type 2 diabetes patients with spleen deficiency and damp-ness syndrome admitted to Yixing Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from July 2023 to January 2024 were se-lected as the study objects,and were divided into control group and observation group according to different treatment methods,with 44 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Jianpi Yangwei Paste,and the observation group was combined with acupoint catgut embedding on this basis.Physical parameters and glucose and lipid metabo-lism parameters were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the levels of body mass index,waist circumference,hip circumference,fasting plasma glucose,2-hour postprandial plasma glucose,glycated hemoglobin A1c,total cholesterol,triglyceride and low density lipoprotein cholesterol in observation group were lower than those in control group,while the levels of high density lipoprotein cholesterol was higher than that in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Jianpi Yangwei Paste combined with acupoint catgut embedding treatment can effectively improve the physical indices and glycolipid metabolism levels in patients with spleen deficiency and damp-encumbrance syndrome obesity type 2 diabetes.
