新诊断2型糖尿病实施利拉鲁肽+甘精胰岛素治疗的临床价值

摘　　要：目的 分析新诊断2型糖尿病实施利拉鲁肽+甘精胰岛素治疗的临床价值。方法 选取2022年7月—2023年12月山东国欣颐养集团枣庄医院收治的80例新诊断2型糖尿病为研究对象,以治疗方法的不同分为对照组(甘精胰岛素治疗)与观察组(利拉鲁肽+甘精胰岛素治疗),各40例。比较两组血糖水平、体重、体重指数、胰岛功能。结果 治疗前,两组血糖水平、体重、体重指数、胰岛功能比较,差异无统计学意义(P均>0.05)。治疗后,观察组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。治疗后,观察组体重、体重指数均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组胰岛素抵抗指数及胰岛β细胞功能指数均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论 新诊断2型糖尿病采用利拉鲁肽+甘精胰岛素治疗不仅可以有效降低血糖,还可减轻胰岛素抵抗,改善β细胞功能,减轻体重。Objective To analyze the clinical value of lilalutide+insulin glargine in the treatment of newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods A total of 80 patients with newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes mellitus admitted to Shandong Guoxin Yiyang Group Zaozhuang Hospital from July 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the research objects.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into control group(insulin glargine treatment)and observation group(liraglutide+insulin glargine treatment),with 40 cases in each group.The blood glucose levels,body weight,body mass index and islet function were compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in blood glucose levels,body weight,body mass index and islet function between the two groups(all P>0.05).After treatment,the fasting blood glucose and 2-hour postprandial blood glucose in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).After treatment,the body weight and body mass index of the observation group were lower than those of the con-trol group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).The insulin resistance index and isletβcell function index in the observation group were better than those in the control group,and the differences were statisti-cally significant(both P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes mellitus with liraglutide+insulin glargine can not only effectively reduce blood glucose,but also reduce insulin resistance,improveβcell function,and reduce weight.
