摘　　要：目的 分析2型糖尿病伴肥胖患者行二甲双胍与司美格鲁肽疗法对代谢功能的影响。方法 选取2023年2月—2024年2月莱阳市中医医院收治的77例2型糖尿病伴肥胖患者为研究对象,按治疗方法不同分为对照组(n=38)、研究组(n=39),对照组行二甲双胍治疗,研究组行二甲双胍联合司美格鲁肽治疗。比较两组血糖指标、脂代谢指标以及不良反应情况。结果 用药后,两组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白均低于用药前,且研究组均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。用药后,两组总胆固醇、甘油三酯均低于用药前,且研究组均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 2型糖尿病伴肥胖患者行二甲双胍与司美格鲁肽疗法控糖、脂代谢调节可靠,且不会增加用药风险,疗效与安全性均能得到保障。Objective To analyze the effects of metformin and semiglutide therapy on metabolic function in type 2 dia-betes mellitus patients with obesity.Methods A total of 77 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and obesity admit-ted to Laiyang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from February 2023 to February 2024 were selected as the re-search objects.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into control group(n=38)and study group(n=39).The control group was treated with metformin,and the study group was treated with metformin combined with semeiglutide.The blood glucose indexes,lipid metabolism indexes and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the fasting plasma glucose,2-hour postprandial plasma glucose and glycated he-moglobin A1c in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and those in the study group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).After treatment,the total choles-terol and triglyceride in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the study group was lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the in-cidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Metformin and semaglutide therapy can control glucose and lipid metabolism in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and obesity reliably,and does not in-crease the risk of drug use,and the efficacy and safety can be guaranteed.
