信迪利联合胰岛素注射应用在老年食管癌伴糖尿病治疗中的效果探讨

摘　　要：目的 分析信迪利联合胰岛素注射治疗对老年糖尿病伴食管癌患者血糖水平的改善作用。方法 回顾性选取2023年2月—2024年4月福建省立医院收治的110例老年糖尿病伴食管癌患者的临床资料,按照不同治疗手段分为观察组和对照组,各55例。观察组采取信迪利与胰岛素注射联合治疗,对照组采取信迪利联合二甲双胍治疗。比较组间血糖水平、不良反应发生情况及临床疗效。结果 治疗后,观察组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 实施信迪利联合胰岛素注射可改善老年糖尿病伴食管癌患者血糖水平,不良反应发生率较低且临床疗效较高。Objective To analyze the improvement effect of Xindili combined with insulin injection on blood glucose level in elderly diabetic patients with esophageal cancer.Methods The clinical data of 110 elderly patients with dia-betes mellitus and esophageal cancer admitted to Fujian Provincial Hospital from February 2023 to April 2024 were retrospectively selected and divided into observation group and control group according to different treatment methods,with 55 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with Sindeli combined with insulin injection,and the control group was treated with Sindeli combined with metformin.The blood glucose level,adverse reactions and clini-cal efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the levels of fasting blood glucose and 2-hour postprandial blood glucose in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differ-ences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of Sindeli combined with insulin injection can improve the blood glucose level of el-derly diabetic patients with esophageal cancer,with low incidence of adverse reactions and high clinical efficacy.
