摘　　要：目的 探讨精细化护理在糖尿病低血糖中的应用效果。方法 回顾性选取2021年1月—2022年12月山东国欣颐养集团枣庄中心医院收治的78例糖尿病低血糖患者的临床资料,按照不同的护理方法分成观察组和对照组,各39例,对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施精细化护理,比较两组患者血糖控制水平、护理满意度。结果 护理后,观察组空腹血糖高于对照组,护理满意率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论精细化护理可控制糖尿病低血糖患者血糖水平,提高患者满意度。Objective To explore the application effect of fine nursing in diabetic hypoglycemia.Methods The clini-cal data of 78 patients with diabetic hypoglycemia admitted to Shandong Guoxin Yiyang Group Zaozhuang Central Hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were retrospectively selected.According to different nursing methods,they were divided into observation group and control group,39 cases in each group.The control group was given rou-tine nursing,and the observation group was given fine nursing.The blood glucose control level and nursing satisfac-tion were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the fasting blood glucose of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the nursing satisfaction rate was higher than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).Conclusion Fine nursing can control the blood glucose level of diabetic patients with hypoglycemia and improve patient satisfaction.
