中药坐浴对糖尿病并发肛周脓肿患者术后愈合的疗效评估

摘　　要：目的 研究中药坐浴对糖尿病并发肛周脓肿患者术后愈合的影响。方法 选取2022年1月—2024年3月淮安市洪泽区中医院收治的70例糖尿病并发肛周脓肿患者为研究对象,按照不同治疗方法分为两组,各35例。对照组予以常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上实施中药坐浴治疗。对比两组血糖水平、创面恢复情况、炎症指标水平、愈合时间及并发症发生情况。结果 出院时,观察组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。术后1周,观察组创面疼痛评分、渗液评分、肉芽组织生长评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组愈合时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗1周,观察组白细胞数、超敏C反应蛋白、中性粒细胞比值均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 糖尿病并发肛周脓肿接受中药坐浴可减轻创面疼痛、减少渗液、加快炎症消退、促进愈合、减少并发症。Objective To study the effect of traditional Chinese medicine sitting bath on postoperative healing in pa-tients with diabetes mellitus complicated with perianal abscess.Methods A total of 70 patients with diabetes mellitus complicated with perianal abscess admitted to Huai'an Hongze District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2022 to March 2024 were selected as the study objects.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into two groups,35 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional treatment,and the observa-tion group was given traditional Chinese medicine sitting bath on the basis of the control group.The blood glucose lev-els,wound recovery,inflammatory index levels,healing time,and complications were compared between the two groups.Results At discharge,the levels of fasting blood glucose and 2-hour postprandial blood glucose in the observa-tion group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).One week after operation,the wound pain score,exudate score and granulation tissue growth score in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The healing time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically sig-nificant(P<0.05).After 1 week of treatment,the number of white blood cells,high-sensitivity C-reactive protein and neutrophil ratio in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statisti-cally significant(all P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the con-trol group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Diabetes mellitus complicated with peri-anal abscess receiving traditional Chinese medicine sitting bath can reduce wound pain,reduce exudate,accelerate in-flammation regression,promote healing,and reduce complications.
