腹膜前间隙无张力修补术治疗疝气患者的临床价值分析

摘　　要：目的探讨腹膜前间隙无张力修补术治疗疝气的效果。方法随机选取2022年1月—2023年12月咸宁市第一人民医院收治的62例疝气患者为研究对象,根据手术方法分为对照组(实施无张力修补术治疗)、观察组(实施腹膜前间隙无张力修补治疗),每组31例。比较两组临床疗效、手术指标、并发症发生率、复发率。结果观察组总有效率为96.77%(30/31),高于对照组的74.19%(23/31),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.679,P<0.05)。观察组手术指标优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率、复发率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论腹膜前间隙无张力修补术治疗疝气可以缩短康复时间,减少并发症的发生风险。Objective To investigate the efficacy of tension-free repair of anterior peritoneal space in the treatment of hernia.Methods Sixty-two hernia patients admitted to the First People's Hospital of Xianning City from January 2022 to December 2023 were non-randomly selected as study subjects,and were divided into a control group(implementing tension-free repair treatment)and an observation group(implementing tension-free repair treatment in the preperito-neal space)according to the surgical method,with thirty-one cases in each group.Compared the clinical efficacy,sur-gical index,complication rate and recurrence rate of the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.77%(30/31),which was higher than 74.19%(23/31)of the control group,and the difference was statisti-cally significant(χ^(2)=4.679,P<0.05).The surgical indexes of the observation group were better than those of the con-trol group,and the difference was statistically significant(all P<0.05).The complication rate and recurrence rate of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(both P<0.05).Conclusion Tension-free repair of anterior peritoneal space for hernia can shorten recovery time and reduce the risk of complications.
