摘 要:目的探究抗体与超敏C反应蛋白(hypersensitive C-reactive protein,hs-CRP)联合检测在诊断小儿肺炎支原体感染中的应用价值。方法回顾性选取2023年1月—2024年4月乌海市蒙中医医院收治的90例肺炎支原体感染患儿的临床资料作为感染组,并以同期90名健康儿童的临床资料作为健康组。对所有儿童进行抗体与hs-CRP的检测,对比分析这两种检测方式单独及联合使用的诊断效能及一致性。结果单独使用抗体检测的Kappa值为0.722,hs-CRP检测的Kappa值为0.611,显示与临床诊断结果的一致性为中等;而联合检测的Kappa值高达0.967,表明与临床诊断结果的一致性较高。此外,联合检测的灵敏度、特异度、准确度、阳性预测值以及阴性预测值均显著高于单一检测方法(P均<0.05)。结论抗体与hs-CRP联合检测在诊断小儿肺炎支原体感染中显示出较高的诊断效能和一致性,相较于单一检测方法具有更明显的优势,可为临床提供更准确的诊断依据。Objective To explore the application value of combined detection of antibody and hypersensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)in the diagnosis of mycoplasma pneumoniae infection in children.Methods From January 2023 to April 2024,the clinical data of ninety children with mycoplasma pneumoniae infection admitted to Wuhai Mongolian Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital were retrospectively selected as the infection group,and the clinical data of ninety healthy children in the same period were retrospectively selected as the healthy group.All children were tested for antibodies and hs-CRP,and the diagnostic efficacy and consistency of these two detection methods alone and in combination were compared and analyzed.Results The Kappa value of antibody detection alone was 0.722,and the kappa value of hs-CRP detection was 0.611,indicating that the consistency with clinical diagnosis was moderate.The kappa value of the combined detection was as high as 0.967,indicating a high consistency with the clinical diag-nosis results.In addition,the sensitivity,specificity,accuracy,positive predictive value and negative predictive value of combined detection were significantly higher than those of single detection method(all P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of antibody and hs-CRP showed high diagnostic efficacy and consistency in the diagnosis of pediatric My-coplasma pneumoniae infection,which has more obvious advantages than the single detection method,and can provide a more accurate diagnostic basis for the clinic.
