摘 要:目的探讨高通量血液透析串联血液灌流联合重组人促红素对肾性贫血血液透析患者微炎症状态的影响。方法目的选取广东省江门市新会区人民医院于2023年3月—2024年3月收治的70例肾性贫血血液透析患者为研究对象。根据治疗方法不同分为观察组和对照组,各35例。对照组采用高通量血液透析联合重组人促红素进行治疗,观察组采用高通量血液透析串联血液灌流联合重组人促红素进行治疗。比较两组的疗效、贫血指标、肾功能指标、炎症因子水平、不良反应。结果观察组治疗总有效率为100.00%(35/35),高于对照组的80.00%(28/35),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.714,P<0.05);治疗后,观察组的贫血指标均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05);治疗后,观察组的肾功能指标均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05);治疗后,观察组的炎症因子水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率高于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论采用高通量血液透析串联血液灌流联合重组人促红素进行治疗肾性贫血血液透析患者,可改善患者炎症水平,具有较好的疗效,且安全性较高。Objective To probe into the effect of high-throughput hemodialysis tandem hemoperfusion combined with recombinant human erythropoietin on microinflammation in hemodialysis patients with renal anemia.Methods Sev-enty cases of renal anemia hemodialysis patients admitted to Xinhui District People's Hospital of Jiangmen City,Guangdong Province from March 2023 to March 2024 were objectively selected as the study subjects.According to dif-ferent treatment methods,they were divided into observation group and control group,with thirty five cases in each group.The control group was treated with high-flux hemodialysis combined with recombinant human erythropoietin,and the observation group was treated with high-flux hemodialysis combined with hemoperfusion combined with re-combinant human erythropoietin.The efficacy,anemia index,renal function index,inflammatory factor level and ad-verse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 100.00%(35/35),which was higher than 80.00%(28/35)in the control group,and the difference was statis-tically significant(χ^(2)=5.714,P<0.05).After treatment,the anemia indexes of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).After treatment,the renal function indexes of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statisti-cally significant(all P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of inflammatory factors in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,but the difference was not statistically sig-nificant(P>0.05).Conclusion High-flux hemodialysis combined with hemoperfusion combined with recombinant hu-man erythropoietin in the treatment of hemodialysis patients with renal anemia can improve the level of inflammati
