肝脾相关理论探讨功能性消化不良的中医治疗思路

摘　　要：功能性消化不良是临床常见功能性胃肠病,病位在胃,但发病与肝脾密切相关。本文基于肝脾相关理论对功能性消化不良的中医治疗情况进行研究,阐述了功能性消化不良肝脾相关病因病机与辨证分型,分析了功能性消化不良基于肝脾相关理论的治疗思路,指出治疗应当契合肝脾不调的病机,疏肝健脾,双管齐下,各有侧重。同时根据患者病证特点,气血同调,平衡虚实与通补。最后从现代医学角度对功能性消化不良肝脾相关治法进行分析,以期为本病中医研究及治疗提供参考。Functional dyspepsia is a common clinical functional gastrointestinal disease.The disease is located in the stomach,but the incidence is closely related to the liver and spleen.Based on the theory of liver and spleen,this pa-per studies the traditional Chinese medicine treatment of functional dyspepsia,expounds the etiology,pathogenesis and syndrome differentiation of functional dyspepsia related to liver and spleen,analyzes the treatment ideas of func-tional dyspepsia based on the theory of liver and spleen,and points out that the treatment should be in line with the pathogenesis of liver and spleen imbalance,soothing the liver and strengthening the spleen,two-pronged,each with emphasis.At the same time,according to the characteristics of the patient's disease,Qi and blood are coordinated to balance deficiency and excess and tonification.Finally,the related treatment of liver and spleen in functional dyspep-sia was analyzed from the perspective of modern medicine,in order to provide reference for the research and treatment of this disease in traditional Chinese medicine.
