摘　　要：目的探讨经尿道前列腺等离子双极电切术治疗良性前列腺增生(BPH)的临床效果。方法80例BPH患者根据手术方式的不同分为两组,参照组给予常规前列腺电切术治疗,研究组给予经尿道前列腺等离子双极电切术治疗,比较两组的围术期指标、症状改善情况、并发症。结果研究组的术中出血量明显少于参照组,手术时间、住院时间均明显短于参照组(P<0.05)。术后3个月,研究组的IPSS评分明显低于参照组(P<0.05)。研究组的术后并发症总发生率为5.00%,明显低于参照组的22.50%(P<0.05)。结论经尿道前列腺等离子双极电切术治疗BPH可明显缓解患者的前列腺不适症状,降低并发症发生风险,促进患者康复。Objective To explore the clinical effect of transurethral plasma bipolar resection of the prostate in the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia(BPH).Methods 80 patients with BPH were divided into two groups according to different surgical methods.The reference group was treated with conventional transurethral resection of the prostate,and the study group was treated with transurethral plasma bipolar resection of the prostate.The perioperative indicators,symptom improvement and complications were compared between the two groups.Results The intraoperative blood loss amount of the study group was significantly less than that of the reference group,and the operation time and hospitalization time were significantly shorter than those of the reference group(P<0.05).At 3 months after surgery,the IPSS score of the study group was significantly lower than that of the reference group(P<0.05).The total incidence of postoperative complications of the study group was 5.00%,significantly lower than 22.50%of the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusions Transurethral plasma bipolar resection of the prostate in the treatment of BPH can obviously alleviate the prostate discomfort symptoms,reduce the occurrence risk of complications,and promote the rehabilitation of patients.
