摘  要:目的分析孕早期二维超声联合彩色多普勒血流成像对胎儿先天性心脏畸形的筛查价值。方法2938例高危孕妇均于孕早期接受二维超声与彩色多普勒血流成像检查,统计胎儿先天性心脏畸形结果,评估孕早期二维超声联合彩色多普勒血流成像对胎儿先天性心脏畸形的诊断效能。结果2938例高危孕妇存在胎儿心脏畸形者共计53例,发生率为1.80%。孕早期二维超声联合彩色多普勒血流成像诊断胎儿先天性畸形的敏感度、特异度、准确度均高于单纯孕早期二维超声(P<0.05)。结论孕早期二维超声联合彩色多普勒血流成像筛查胎儿先天性心脏畸形具有较高的敏感度、特异度和准确度。Objective To analyze the screening value of two-dimensional ultrasound combined with color Doppler flow imaging in early pregnancy for fetal congenital heart malformation.Methods 2938 high-risk pregnant women were examined by two-dimensional ultrasound and color Doppler flow imaging in early pregnancy.The results of fetal congenital heart malformation were counted,and the diagnostic efficacy of two-dimensional ultrasound combined with color Doppler flow imaging in early pregnancy for fetal congenital heart malformation was evaluated.Results There were 53 cases of fetal heart malformation in 2938 high-risk pregnant women,with the incidence rate of 1.80%.The sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of two-dimensional ultrasound combined with color Doppler flow imaging in the diagnosis of fetal congenital malformations in early pregnancy were higher than those of two-dimensional ultrasound in early pregnancy(P<0.05).Conclusions Two-dimensional ultrasound combined with color Doppler flow imaging in early pregnancy has high sensitivity,specificity and accuracy in screening fetal congenital heart malformation.
